Bodegas Más Que Vinos

Bodegas Más Que Vinos is the small winery founded by the three winemaker friends Margrita Madrigal, Alexandra Schmedes and Gonzalo Rodriguez in 1999 located in Cabañas de Yepes, on the high plateau of Toledo. The winemaking philosophy is based on the old family vineyards some over 100 years old, planted exclusively with the local grape varieties: Cencibel (Tempranillo), Garnacha, Airén and Malvar. All vineyards are farmed organically and manually. Fermentation is spontaneous and in small inox tanks and cement & clay amphorae. 3 wine ranges are produced: Ercavio, Los Conejos Malditos (natural Wines), and the Premium edition of single vineyard wines including: La Plazuela, Viña el Señorito de Ercavio, La Malvar, La Garnacha de la Madre. Más Que Vinos is one of the few Spanish wineries with the seal: Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection. The wines receive continuously high accolades from Wine Advocate and other international and national critics.
