Roman Tournier, heir to a family farm chose to break away from conventional agricultural practices to develop a range of organic wines made exclusively from disease-resistant grape varieties, also known as “Piwi” grapes. These naturally resilient varieties can be grown without chemical treatments, copper, or sulfur, drastically reducing their environmental impact. His project is driven by a strong conviction: viticulture must be reinvented to become healthier, more sustainable, and more transparent. By producing wines without any oenological additives, Roman aims to express the pure taste of the grape and the terroir, with full respect for living ecosystems. His approach resonates with a generation of consumers seeking meaning, drawn to both ecological responsibility and genuine quality. His vineyard is located near Toulouse, in the heart of Occitanie, on clay-limestone soils well-suited to his approach. He works exclusively Souvignier Gris, Muscaris, Cabernet Jura, Monarch and vidoc robust cultivars that thrive without chemical inputs and embody the future of ecological viticulture The wines—available in red, white, and rosé.
