Roman TOURNIER
RAISIS Rouge 2024 is made entirely from Cabernet Jura, a disease-resistant grape grown without any phytosanitary treatments, including copper and sulfur. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, this cuvée blends 50% free-run juice from a very short maceration with 50% from a batch that underwent longer maceration. The result is a light, fresh, and fruity red wine, with notes of ripe fruit and bell pepper, supported by a smooth structure and easy drinkability.
