Roman TOURNIER
RAISIS Rosé is made from the disease-resistant Monarch grape, grown without any treatments, including copper and sulfur. After a short maceration in the press, the juice is vinified using a classic stainless steel tank method. This process preserves the wine’s fresh fruit character while adding texture and aromatic expression.
