Pomario

Pomario is located in Umbria, between Città della Pieve and Orvieto , not far from Lake Trasimeno, at about 500 metres above sea level.

The estate lies on a bright , secluded hill surrounded by woodland. The Spalletti Trivelli family , recognising the potential of this unspoiled and unique agro-ecosystem, manages 9 hectares of vineyards and 8 hectares of olive groves according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture , preserving the natural balance of the environment.Respect for the land and attention to ecological balance guided the construction of the new winery, the olive mill and theevocative underground barrel cellar. The entire estate is equipped with modern environmentally friendly systems that allow careful control of the essential parameters for producing wines and olive oil of outsanding quality.
