Our range from Sicily is based on the main Nero d’Avola variety, which we caringly process to produce sparkling, rosé, and red wines. We offer both single-variety wines here as well as cuvées based on international grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon. All red wines mature for 6–36 months in French oak barrels to smooth the rougher edges typical of wines from this region.
