Picollo

We are a family small winery in the Langhe area, Piedmont, with generations of experience in viticulture. Our grapes are the result of meticulous attention to the vineyard work. Every single plant is important and we have the utmost respect for the vineyards soil and the biodiversity that surrounds us. Susteinability is one of the founding elements of our farm: we employ integrated agricultural principles to mitigate environmental impact, solar panels are used to produce green energy and water-saving measures are applied to the winemaking process. Moreover, we use lightweight bottles to save glass and make the shipping more eco-friendly. Our wines are made with great attention to the quality obtained in the vineyards and the winemaking process is taylored on every variety and parcel to enhance their peculiarities. The use of sulfites is very limited on all our wines.

Now, after the long reading, I think it's time to open a bottle and enjoy a glass of wine in good company.
