Food and wine is my passion, dominating much of what I do, from dining to the choice of destination for my vacations. My philosophy is that life is too short, and the wine drinking occasions too few, to waste any of them on a dull wine. My recommendation is to not spend less on the wine you select than on the food that you pair it with.
