Our story begins long before Rtvelisi was officially established. It can be traced back to 1920, when a historic patriarchal cellar passed down through generations was lovingly restored. Today, this very cellar continues to house the heart of our production. The inspiration for Rtvelisi was born during the harvest season, a time of celebration, unity, and gratitude for the vine. Our name itself is a homage to the Georgian tradition of "Rtveli" the sacred act of grape picking, an 8,000-year-old ritual that binds our people to the land. From the very first day, we set out with a clear purpose: to craft wines of uncompromising quality and unforgettable taste, carrying Georgia’s winemaking heritage into the future. Rtvelisi is not just a name, it is a promise.
