The Domaine des Caviers winery was established in 2022 by a father-and-son team:
Claude, a farmer with 20 years of experience in organic viticulture, and Julien, who holds a master’s degree in viticulture and oenology from the University of Burgundy and has gained experience at prestigious French wineries.
The Chenin and Cabernet Franc vines draw the best from the Jurassic clay-limestone and flint terroirs located on the terraces of the Thouet, a tributary of the Loire.
