Terroir:
Location: High-altitude plots in San Lorenzo, Bierzo (600m above sea level). Soil: Steep slate slopes (pizarra) providing deep minerality and salinity. Climate: Atlantic-influenced cool climate with significant day-night temperature swings for slow ripening. Vines: 40 to 60-year-old bush vines with very low yields. Character: A mountain-grown Godello defined by its vibrant acidity, aromatic purity, and lean structure.
