Caldaro, Seehof: 230 – 280 m above sea level, steep slope in the immediate vicinity of Lake Caldaro, deep, humus-rich, sandy clay soil on calcareous gravel 100%

After destemming, the stainless steel tanks are filled by gravity, followed by mash fermentation under controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation in steel barrels, the wine ages for 12 months in barriques (30 % new barriques).Assemblage is performed 2 to 3 months before bottling, followed by at least another 12 months of bottle aging
