Caldaro, Seehof, Bischofsleiten: 230-280 m above sea level, steep single vineyard in the immediate vicinity of Lake Caldaro, deep, humus-rich, sandy clay soil oon calcareous gravel

After destemming, the stainless steel tanks are filled by gravity, followed by mash fermentation under controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and used tonneaux (10%).
