VINEYARDS: - Location: Boca, Motto Costazzone - Trantaparghi, - Training system: Guyot, density 4,000 vines/ha - Altitude: 430 - 510 meters above sea level - Exposure: SOUTH, SOUTHEAST, SOUTHWEST - Soil: High hillside, volcanic porphyry, gravelly, sandy with rocky outcrops. High temperature range between day and night, important for the aromatic component of the grapes.
