Matteo Arnera

The must obtained from soft pressing is fermented in steel tanks for 12-15 days of maceration on the skins and gentle wetting of the cap at a controlled temperature. Following alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation is induced. Aged in 500-liter steam-treated French oak barrels for up to 12 months.
