Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel of variable duration depending on the vintage. Next aging in used barriques and 15-hectoliter cask for 15/18 months. Finally aging in bottle for at least 9 months.

Artisanal winery founded by two friends, Enrico Dogliotti and Riccardo Rosso. Started with only one barrique of Barbera, now we produce six wines per total 7/8 thousand bottles per vintages.
