Vinification, winemaker's own words
Soils:
Gravel, Sand
Terroir:
Our vines grow on ponca soils, rich in marl and sandstone, which give minerality and complexity to our wines. The microclimate, with hot summers and cold winters, favors an ideal maturation, while the protection of the Alps and the influence of the Bora create a perfect balance between freshness and heat.

Winemaker:
MATTIA PETRUSSA
After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The free-run juice undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°c for about 15 days. Following this, a series of bâtonnages are performed to extract its complexity and structure, drawing out its delicate aromas. Bottling takes place in April.
