Information
Biodynamically grown on loess soils, part of a closed farm cycle. Fermented spontaneously and made with a low intervention approach: no additives, no fining, minimal sulphur only when necessary. Some wines are coarsely filtered, others left completely unfiltered. Honest wines that reflect their place and vintage without manipulation.
