eastern part of Austria, northern Burgenland, small salt lakes in the area, pannonian climate, lots of sun-hours, gravel and black earth soil

Old oak (33%) 16 months
New oak (67%) 16 months

Winemaker:

kept on mash for 2 weeks, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, then aged for 16 months 67% in new and 33% in used oak, then blended together in steel and rested for 2 months before bottling
