eastern part of Austria, northern Burgenland, small salt lakes in the area, pannonian climate, lots of sun-hours, gravel and black earth soil

New oak (40%) 12 months

kept on mash for 2 weeks, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, then aged for 12 months 60% in used and 40% in new oak, then blended together in steel and rested for 2 months before bottling
