The bouquet shows intense fresh fruits aromas of strawberry and blackberry along with violets, typical of the vineyards from this area. A subtle oak character is also present to soften and rpund off the bouquet.

Red Tempranillo grapes are fermented in a stainless steel tank, with the skins of Tempranillo Blanco grapes (vinified earlier and obtained after pressing them) to add some freshness to the resulting wine. Once fermentation is completed, the wine is kept for six months in third use French oak barrel, to temper the lively fruit the wine provides

Information
We are a Family traditional winery built in 2001 but renewed in 2011. The owners are Paco García and his wife Julia. Those are the ones that built the winery in 2001 but in 2008 their son Juan decided to change the philosophy of wines, moving them to a modern, fruit-driven and elegant style. Something set apart in Rioja. Bodegas Paco García winery is situated in the village of Murillo alongside the Río Leza river, in the Rioja Denomination of Origin in Spain Bodegas Paco García owns 40 hectares of red vines and 7 hectares of white vines.
