Bouquet is intense, with bright acidity. It shows a complex balance of citric and tropical fruits, along with some floral notes. Subtle hints of creamy vanilla and biscuit from the barrel also appear in good harmony
Taste:
The palate is rich and mouthfilling, with a good weight of fruit in the midpalate wich opens to provide an opulent taste sensation of many layers. Powerful, yet elegant and well balanced as well.

Soils:

Terroir:
Soils are clay and with a shallow limestone layer at a depth of 70 cm, caused by natural leaching on the top of soil. This develops short roots in the vines, providing fewer bunches that are well aerated and produce short yields

Grapes are fermented in a 10.000L stainless steel tank. after fermentation, 50% of the wine is aged for six months in stainless steek tank in contact with its lees and the other 50% is aged for six months in second use French oak barrel, also in contact with its lees. this "blend" is bringing the freshness of young wine and the structure of crianza wine
