- 2.2 Hectares of 80-year-old vineyard, 600 meters of altitude in Huercanos, Rioja Alta. Vineyard grown on slopes with reddish clay-ferrous soil

Natural and spontaneous fermentation. The grapes always ferment in 500-liter oak barrels with an open lid, without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. Aging for more than 24 months, 40% in new French oak barrels and 60% one year old French barrels. After aging, a slight clarification and filtering is carried out.
