After destemming the grapes, the vinification process is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 8 days with a maximum temperature of 22ºC. Once the maceration-fermentation process is finished, it goes into French and American oak barrels, where it ages in aging rooms absent of light and sounds for 4 months.
