Vinification, winemaker's own words
Soils:
Granite, Sand
Terroir:
Geography: Nestled in the Miñor Valley (Galicia), on steep Atlantic-facing slopes. Microclimate: A unique, drier pocket of Rías Baixas. Protected by Monte Castelo, the vines benefit from a perfect balance of sunshine and cooling Atlantic breezes. Soil: Shallow, granitic soils (xabre). This rocky terrain forces the roots deep, imparting a distinct saline minerality and "electric" tension. Growing Conditions: Mild coastal temperatures and constant sea winds allow for a slow, healthy ripening, preserving the grape's vibrant natural acidity.

Picked by hand
