This Gran Reserva cava is the result of meticulous craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. Sourced from old vines with low yields and exceptional fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their full character and integrity. The blend includes 20% Xarel·lo aged in oak barrels, adding depth, structure, and subtle complexity. The second fermentation takes place in bottle following the traditional method, followed by an extended ageing of 5 years on the lees, allowing the wine to develop elegant autolytic notes, a fine mousse, and remarkable length. The result is a gastronomic cava – layered, refined, and expressive. A sparkling wine that balances richness and freshness, oak and fruit, time and terroir.
