This elegant rosé cava is made exclusively from Trepat, an indigenous grape variety native to Catalonia, known for its delicate red fruit aromas and vibrant character. We follow the traditional method of sparkling wine production, involving a second fermentation in the bottle. Our grapes are hand-harvested to ensure optimal selection and gentle handling. After vinification, the cava undergoes a long ageing process of 4 years in the bottle on its lees, which brings complexity, finesse, and a creamy texture. The result is a refined rosé cava with personality and depth, showcasing the unique expression of Trepat and the patience of time.
