Vinification, winemaker's own words

Soils:

Limestone

Terroir:

The terroir of Terra Alta DO in Catalonia is defined by high-altitude vineyards (350–550 m), limestone-rich and clay soils, and a dry Mediterranean climate with strong winds, especially the “Cierzo.” Warm days and cool nights favor balanced ripening, freshness, and aromatic intensity. These conditions are ideal for Garnacha Blanca and Garnacha Tinta, producing structured, mineral and expressive wines.

Harvest:

Picked by hand

Fermentation:

Steel (100%)

Storage:

Steel (100%) 4 months

Winemaker:

PEP RIBA

The harvest is carried out in two phases, at different levels of maturity and the grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation, the blend is made to obtain a fresh and balanced wine.
