Combination of hand and machine harvest depending on vineyard locations. The Tempranillo and Mertlot are harvested individually. The Merlot in the end of august and Tempranillo first week of september. Grape selection. Stainless steel fermentation at 24-26 degrees. Skin macceration for 7 days. The wines goes trough malolactic fermentation before the blending. 30% of the blended wine matures in oak barrels for 6 months. The final wines is blended, stabilized and goes trough a light filtration prior to bottling.
