It comes from an 84-year-old vineyard, bush-trained and planted on clay and pebble soils, at an altitude of 545 meters above sea level. The climate is continental with a marked Atlantic influence in the wetter years.

Winemaker:

Olga Verde and Fran Bendaña

The varieties are vinified together in open-top tanks, with 30% whole clusters and 70% destemmed fruit. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with minimal intervention. After fermentation, a gentle pressing is carried out and the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in tank. It is then aged in used barrels for 8 months.
