Terroir:
All Demencia vineyards are located within the municipality of Villafranca del Bierzo. They lie at altitudes between 490 and 600 meters, and their soils vary in texture, orientation, and composition, complementing one another.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is completed, followed by 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. The wine is neither stabilized nor heavily processed and is lightly filtered at 3 microns before being bottled in August 2025.
