South facing hilll on clay and sandy soils. Bush vines planted in 1903, organic regenerative dry farming, permanent natural green covers, no tillage.

Spontaneous fermentation with 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed grapes in 50 Hl used French oak vats. After pressing and malolactic fermentation the wine ages for 12m in 225 and 500 l used French oak barrels. No stabilization, light filtration at bottling.
