    Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes.Fermented in barrels and stainless steel tanks; 35% of the grapes with stems and the rest gently destemmed without crushing. Native yeast. Aged for 8 months in 500 and 225 litre barrels. Bottle ageing of at least 10 months.

    San Pedro de olleros is located in the Ancares Leoneses Biosphere Reserve, a place with high biological divesity, although its social capital, its people, constitute the main value of the reserve. This Project would not have been posible witohout town people´s help. Banzao cannot be understood without environmental protection. We try to ensure that all our production is environmentally friendly. We use natural cork and lightweight packaging that is 100% recyclable.
