Domaine L&R Kox
Harvested 100% by hand. Low-pressure pressing with a large-surface press (champagne press). The grapes from each cru are pressed separately. Produced from the core vintages, called CUVEE. Aged on lees for 42 months (disgorging is done by ourselves, which means the aging on lees is extended with each new arrival of bottles).
