Spontaneous fermentation in steel. 10/15 days of maceration on bucce for Garganega and Durella. The small percentage of Manzoni and Bronner crossbreeding is added as a blend the following spring, before bottling. The wine ages in oak and acacia barrels on the fine lees until a few days before bottling. Vinified and bottled without any treatment or filtration. Since the wine is not filtered, it may have sediment at the bottom, an indication of the product's genuineness.
