Spontaneous fermentation in steel. Maceration on bucce (skins) for about 10 days, with gentle punching down. Aged on oak barrels. Vinified and bottled without any treatment or filtration. As the wine is not filtered, it may have sediment on the bottom, an indication of the genuineness of the product.
About Siemàn
Information provided directly by the winery.

Information
Siemàn ("six hands" in Venetian dialect) was born in Villaga, where organically farmed vineyards stretch across hilly terrain surrounded by woods. Healthy grapes are transformed into wine through spontaneous fermentation, without additives or treatments. In 2017, a brewery was added, focused solely on spontaneous and mixed fermentations using native vineyard flora. Most beers are also made with estate-grown grapes. Our passion is to honor the land by creating authentic products deeply connected to their origin, in harmony between Man and Nature.
