The Roasino vineyard is located in Cocconato, in the hills of Monferrato, with a south-east exposure that ensures optimal sunlight throughout the day. The calcareous-clay soils and the well-ventilated hillside create ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc, preserving freshness, aromatic intensity and natural balance in the grapes
