The grapes are gently destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place with maceration at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Frequent pumping over is carried out, for a period of about a week, to extract the colour and aromas from the skins. Then the devatting takes place. At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for 3 months. The bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms.

My grandparents dedicated their entire lives to this land, working the soil day after day without ever having the chance to travel or see the world. I make wine for one true reason: to take them on that journey today. Every bottle bearing their names—Berto & Fiorella—carries their lifelong sacrifices across borders to tables around the globe. We cultivate our 40 hectares in Friuli DOC with pure family discipline and simple respect, letting our unique terroir speak for itself. The result is an authentic line of dry Friulian wines, crafted not for mass trends, but to share a real story with those who appreciate true character.
