The grapes are delicately destemmed. Next they are gently pressed and the resulting must is clarified. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Sparkling wine production: the sparkling wine is produced in an autoclave following the Martinotti method (Charmat) with regular fermentation followed by a break on the lees.

My grandparents dedicated their entire lives to this land, working the soil day after day without ever having the chance to travel or see the world. I make wine for one true reason: to take them on that journey today. Every bottle bearing their names—Berto & Fiorella—carries their lifelong sacrifices across borders to tables around the globe. We cultivate our 40 hectares in Friuli DOC with pure family discipline and simple respect, letting our unique terroir speak for itself. The result is an authentic line of dry Friulian wines, crafted not for mass trends, but to share a real story with those who appreciate true character.
