After over-ripening on the vine, the harvested grapes are gently de-stemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place by temperature-controlled maceration in stainless steel containers. Remontage is carried out frequently, over a period of about two to three weeks, in order to extract colour and aromas from the skins. Devatting then takes place. The wine is decanted into small French oak barrels where it matures for more than 18 months. The bottled wine is aged in temperature-controlled rooms.

- Initially soft and velvety in the mouth, with an elegant and harmonious structure. A full, enveloping taste with notes of red and black fruit, complemented by undertones of roasted coffee, tobacco and cedar wood from the barrels. My grandparents dedicated their entire lives to this land, working the soil day after day without ever having the chance to travel or see the world. I make wine for one true reason: to take them on that journey today. Every bottle bearing their names—Berto & Fiorella—carries their lifelong sacrifices across borders to tables around the globe. We cultivate our 40 hectares in Friuli DOC with pure family discipline and simple respect, letting our unique terroir speak for itself. The result is an authentic line of dry Friulian wines, crafted not for mass trends, but to share a real story with those who appreciate true character.
