Soils:
Clay, Limestone
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in southern Baden, close to the Rhine Valley. The area benefits from a warm, sunny climate with cooling influences from nearby forests and night-time temperature drops. Fertile loess soils with clay ensure good water retention, supporting healthy vines and consistent ripening in a largely natural environment.
