Information
Les Sibu is a family-owned, 26-hectare organic vineyard, certified since the 2023 vintage. Our estate spans the prestigious Côtes du Rhône Villages appellations of Sablet, Séguret, Gigondas, and Vacqueyras in the Vaucluse region of France (84). We cultivate noble grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. Our goal: to embody a pioneering standard, crafting wines that express the essence of our terroir while harmonizing tradition, balance, and a deep respect for the vine that we hold dear
