Vinification, winemaker's own words

Clay, Limestone

Terroir:

The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils near Saint-Jean de Minervois at an altitude of 300 meters, facing southwest. The vineyard is managed organically, using liquid manure and decoctions of plants to promote soil life and allow the vines to develop in optimal conditions.
