Information
At Shuette, you discover natural wines crafted with deep respect for the vineyard and the fruit. We don’t chase a fixed style — instead, we match each vintage to what nature gives us, letting the true character of the grapes shine. Our 4.5 ha vineyard, organically farmed by hand for over 30 years, sits on deep clay and schist soils by the Dordogne River. Every vine is tended individually using regenerative, organic methods to regenerate the soil and ecosystem. We harvest by hand at peak ripeness and ferment naturally, without additives. The result is living, evolving wines that express the true soul of our terroir.
