Handpicked grapes with one day long skin maceration. The wine stayed in contact with fine lees for a few months. Aged in stainless steel tanks and big oak barrels. No filtration before bottling - but thanks to the long time resting in tanks, the wine is clean and not cloudy - all the lees were naturally settled in the tank through gravity.
