Aroma:
Delicate hints of nut on the nose, with some pear and a touch of grapefruit.
Taste:
On the palate, this is Pinot Blanc as it should be—gently nutty and stony-mineral, light and clear on the tongue. Fresh grapefruit dances with ripe pear, with a hint of apple in the background. Everything is slender and elegant. The acidity is very moderate, with a subtle salty note along the edges of the tongue. A wine for truly any occasion—phenomenal drinkability included.
