Taste:

This wine exhibits a creamy texture, finely sculpted, leaving a lasting impression with its delicate, well-defined acidity – A work of art! (VINARIA) Concentrated on the nose and on the palate, beautiful sweetness blended with a fresh acidity. Present and pronounced on the nose this wine displays stone fruit, delicate lime, and hints of ripe pear. On the palate there are flavors of juicy white peach and subtle hints of apricot. This wine is well balanced by a refined structure, very fresh, crisp and plush acidity. This single vinyard wine is a classic with a wide range of fish dishes. It perfectly accompanies fish and seafood dishes and poultry or also serves well “solo”

Winemaker Lukas learned his craft from none other than the Alzinger wineries in the Wachau and Klaus-Peter Keller in Rheinhessen. The German cult winemaker, known for his magical Rieslings (G-Max), inspired the WEINRIEDER winery to elevate their Rieslings to a new level: Rigorous handselection in the vinyard, Careful de-stemming; the grapes were pressed gently and then fermented in cooled stainless steel tanks to retain the clean fruit character, the wine stays a while on the yeast before filling
