Our vineyards are planted with carefully selected grape varieties that express the soul of the terroir. The average age of the vines is 25 years. Merlot, with its lush, velvety texture and rich fruit aromas, forms the heart of many of our wines. Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon bring elegance and complexity, adding spicy, floral notes and refined structure. Small parcels of Malbec add depth and color, contributing to our more expressive and age-worthy cuvées. We also produce a limited quantity of rosé and white wines, each crafted with the same attention to detail and authenticity. Each vintage showcases balance, purity, and a vivid sense of place, from bright red berry aromas to silky tannins and lingering mineral undertones.
