Perched at an altitude of approximately 300 meters, our vineyards are a unique natural amphitheater, nestled between the Langhe and Monferrato (a UNESCO World Heritage site). Geology: The soil is composed of calcareous-clay marls, remnants of ancient seabeds. This specific composition grants the wines a profound minerality and an elegant structure. Microclimate: The meeting of cool Alpine currents and temperate breezes from the Ligurian Sea creates an ideal temperature range. This ensures a slow and perfect ripening process, preserving both acidity and varietal aromas. Environment: Optimal sun exposure and natural soil drainage make organic cultivation a spontaneous choice of excellence.

No chemicals are used. Destemming and gentle pressing of the grapes using a wooden press. FERMENTATION AND MACERATION: Vinification takes place in conical wooden vat and involves several pumpings over. Once fermentation is complete, the must is separated from the skins. VINIFICATION AND AGING TIME: After fermentation is complete, the must is separated from the skins. The wine ages for 6 months in a still tank, then is bottled and finally aged for 2 years in the bottle before release.

Information
Vår familjeägda vingård ligger i Calosso, Asti (Piemonte) och omfattar nästan fyra hektar vingårdar inom det prestigefyllda UNESCO-världsarvet "Vineyard Landscapes of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero och Monferrato". I fyra generationer, sedan vår farfars far Costantino ("Tantin"), har vi bevarat vår familjs vinframställningstraditioner. Detta arv förs nu vidare av min bror och mig. Sedan 2001 har vi varit dedikerade till hållbar excellens, och alla våra viner är ekologiskt certifierade.
