Spontaneous fermentation. Part of the wine ages in steel, the rest in acacia vats and oak barrels. Vinified and bottled without any treatment or filtration. Since the wine is not filtered, it may have sediment at the bottom, an indication of the product's genuineness.

Information
Siemàn ("six hands" in Venetian dialect) was born in Villaga, where organically farmed vineyards stretch across hilly terrain surrounded by woods. Healthy grapes are transformed into wine through spontaneous fermentation, without additives or treatments. In 2017, a brewery was added, focused solely on spontaneous and mixed fermentations using native vineyard flora. Most beers are also made with estate-grown grapes. Our passion is to honor the land by creating authentic products deeply connected to their origin, in harmony between Man and Nature.
